Other Community Links

Central to our school vison and work is developing an understanding and appreciation as well as supporting every aspect of society.  As part of this work our children undertake work in community with some key charitable organisations.

Edukid

Edukid is a charity which supports education in developing countries.   As a school, we know everyone is our neighbour and supporting and understanding everyone within our global society is central to our vision, ethos and curriculum.  Our school council work hard with Edukid and everyone in school to allow us to sponsor 7 children through school in Uganda who may not get the same opportunities as us without this support.  Click on the link below to find out more. 

 

 

Alder Hey

Alder Hey have played in a crucial role in supporting many families and children in our school and offer immense support to some of the most vulnerable children in our society in so many ways.   As a school, our children visit Alder Hey to read and perform to support these children at extremely challenging times in their lives. 

          

Aughton Park and Hillcroft Care Homes

Aughton Park Care home and Hillcroft Care Home both work tirelessly to support vulnerable people in our society who are frail and may suffer with dementia.  Our children visit the Care homes to perform music and talk to residents at key times in the year.
